Technical Safety Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Safety Engineer to join our QSSHE team at Todd Hayes Ltd in Norwich. This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in the city.
The ideal candidate will have a higher technical qualification within an engineering field such as Process Safety, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain safety procedures.
- Analyze data to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Process Safety, Chemical or Mechanical).
- 10+ years of experience in a related field, preferably with a focus on technical safety.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
