Quality and Compliance Role
About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance team as a Quality and Compliance Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective systems to ensure our services meet external and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and advise on the performance of our quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance against set standards.
- Internal auditing of Management Systems to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with other managers and staff to ensure the quality management system is functioning properly, advising on changes and providing tools and techniques to achieve quality standards.
- Devising and establishing quality procedures, standards, and specifications, reviewing existing procedures to ensure they meet current guidelines.
- Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring they are met.
- Managing investigation and root cause analysis of complaints.
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures to accommodate the wider needs of the business and its systems.
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Identifying and implementing required changes and improvements.
- Using relevant quality tools and ensuring managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.
- Scheduling, coordinating, and undertaking Quality, Environmental, and H&S Management System Internal Audits.
- Communicating, supporting, and raising awareness of the documented management system through email communication, intranet updates, and quality control of networked areas.
- Effective document control and record control to demonstrate compliance.
