Job Description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Support Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing planning and administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of responsive maintenance, gas, and electrical servicing.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, processing purchase orders and repair orders, and supporting the management team in their roles of organizing trade colleagues and supply chain to deliver work required in their section.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the Repairs Management system is maintained, current, and correctly interfaced with the Housing Management system.
