About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Digital Power team, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions from concept to commissioning, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring effective financial control and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualified to an Engineering degree level, or equivalent experience, in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record in project management, with experience in electrical automation and control systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of modern control systems, including SCADA, RTUs, PLCs, and industry-standard protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages an advantage.
