About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Partnership Expert to join our team at Falmouth Exeter Plus. In this role, you will work closely with our HR department and partners at Falmouth University to deliver high-quality HR services that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A minimum of an HR degree or CIPD level 5 qualification is required.
  • You should have a collaborative and flexible approach to team working.

This is a full-time, permanent position based on campus, but with opportunities to work from home as part of our hybrid flexible approach.

In return for your hard work and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £42,500 - £52,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including:
