Primary SEN Unit Assistants Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools across Enfield, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and experienced individual to make a positive impact on the lives of children.
About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted support for children with SEN. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one and group support for children with SEN.
- Assisting in implementing individualised learning plans.
- Supporting the development of social and emotional skills in pupils.
- Communicating effectively with staff, parents, and pupils.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism and complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new settings and environments.
- Competitive pay: £80-£100 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
