About the Role:

  • Contribute to the development of 'wrap-around' support services, promoting a whole-system approach to bed management and community support.
  • Work closely with individuals, family/carers, health colleagues, and other key partners to ensure effective support and care.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health issues and a good understanding of reablement and risk assessment/risk enablement.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to the principles of mental health legislation and the promotion of human rights.
