An opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Early Years professional to join Additional Resources Ltd. as a Nursery Manager in a well-established childcare setting.
In this role, you will report to directors and be responsible for leading the nursery to achieve excellence in childcare provision, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing visionary leadership within a multi-disciplinary childcare setting, driving strategic growth and development.
- Fostering strong relationships with staff, parents, and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development for both children and staff, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) 2024 framework.
- Enhancing the professional skills and knowledge of your team through continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Approaching challenges with a solution-focused attitude to realise the nursery's full potential, driving business growth and success.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above, with a strong understanding of the EYFS 2024 framework.
- Background in leading teams to achieve Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes, with a focus on quality and excellence.
- Strong safeguarding and child protection expertise, with a commitment to ensuring the well-being and safety of children.
