Catering Service Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Catering Service Assistant in Kettering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality food and beverage services
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with food preparation, including food handling and presentation
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our kitchen, service, and restaurant areas
  • Contribute to the success of our sales promotions and unit sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
