Food Service Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Service Assistant to join our team at Wilson Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth food service operation.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Serve customers in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring all interactions are professional and positive.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a close-knit team, contributing to a smooth and efficient food service operation.
- Basic Food Preparation: Assist in simple food preparation tasks, helping the kitchen team when necessary to maintain the high standards expected.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen, service areas, and restaurant are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Cash Handling & Promotions: Operate the cashiering system efficiently and assist with vending services. Participate in and promote unit sales and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Previous Experience: Experience in a similar catering or food service role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Transport: Due to the location of the site, having reliable transport is essential.
