- Professional Fees: Coverage of APC fees (and MRICS fees once chartered).

- Bonus: 10% annual bonus.
- The hiring manager is open to candidates from both commercial and construction consultancy and client-side backgrounds, ideally with minimum 2-years' experience and already started APC diary.
