Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Optometrist to join our team as Chief Optometrist - Customer Care Specialist. As part of our practice, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer and patient care, working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams, and Clinical Governance Optometrists to create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.
You will:
- Work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey;
- Bring your vibrant personality into the day-to-day running of the practice;
- Build longstanding relationships with colleagues, customers, and healthcare professionals in the local community.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist;
- Additional registration with the relevant NHS body;
- Passion for patient care.
