Job Title: Assistant Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Merchandiser. This role will support the Merchandising team in maximizing sales and profit opportunities in the UK and Republic of Ireland, where we have over 900 stores serving nearly 18,500 dedicated colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Merchandiser with sales analysis, forecasting, and stock management to reduce markdowns and maximize profit.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform product sign-off decisions, ensuring commercial knowledge and analytical skills are applied effectively.

Requirements:
- Analytical and commercial knowledge, with the ability to identify commercial issues and propose solutions.
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with the line manager to compile strategy packs and make informed contributions.

About the Role:
- Estimated salary: £43,000 - £50,000 per annum.
