Electronics Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Development Engineer to join our Andretti Cadillac team at our Silverstone facility. As a key member of our electronics team, you will be responsible for the design and development of bespoke electronic hardware and systems for our on and off-car applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop electronic hardware and systems for on and off-car applications.
- Specify instrumentation for on and off-car systems.
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers to develop new technologies and improve electronic system performance and reliability.
- Define car electronics systems architecture, including system layout, I/O allocation, and CAN architecture.
- Resolve electronic system faults.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering/Electronics) or similar.
- Experience with the design of low-volume prototype analogue and digital electronic circuits.
- Experience with PCB schematic design.
- Experience with motorsport data logging systems, preferably F1 SECU.
- Experience with automotive electronic systems, CAN, and sensing technologies.
- Ability to plan and manage own workloads.
- Clear and concise communication.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working generally unsupervised to challenging deadlines.
- Strong levels of IT skills, including MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
