About the Job

We are looking for a caring and supportive individual to join our team as a care assistant at Avonbourne Care Centre. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents.

This role involves supporting daily routines, including personal care, washing, bathing, and toileting. You will also contribute to creating a happy and fulfilling environment for our residents, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and work effectively as part of a team. We offer a comprehensive induction program, ongoing training, and development opportunities for career growth.

A competitive salary of up to £12.20 per hour, including weekend enhancements, is on offer, along with a fixed-term contract for 6 months. Our benefits package includes 28 days' holiday (pro rata for part-time), workplace pension, and more.
