We are seeking a highly motivated and numerate individual to join our team at Office Angels as a Collections Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a customer-facing role, utilizing your excellent communication skills to collect money from debtors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering results and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring new and existing arrears cases and actively pursuing debtors to collect outstanding monies.
- Working closely with our clients to resolve cases and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and addressing root cause issues to prevent future arrears.
- Providing accurate and timely responses to general queries regarding arrears cases from both customers and internal staff.
