Job Title: Accounting Policy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Policy Specialist to support our financial operations at Trew, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment
  2. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
  3. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts
  4. Prepare and process journal entries
  5. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  6. Assist with financial reporting and analysis
  7. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  8. Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy
