About HireIQ, a leading global company with operations throughout Northern Ireland, UK, and Europe.

We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our established team in a new position. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for managing and collecting Accounts Receivable effectively.

Your duties will include:

  • Opening new accounts and verifying credit ratings
  • Setting and monitoring credit limits
  • Ensuring timely debt payments and resolving any disputes that may arise
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to the development of our debt collection policy.

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from a 37.5-hour working week, flexible working patterns, and an early finish on Fridays.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years recent experience in credit control, dealing with a high volume of customers
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Formal credit control training or qualifications would be highly advantageous.
