About the Role

Aurora Samuels Associates is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's cash flow and ensuring timely payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including credit limits and payment terms.
  • Process and reconcile cash receipts, including downloading cash from the bank and posting in SAP (multiple currencies).
  • Develop and implement effective cash collection strategies to minimize overdue balances.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues related to late payments and order/delivery blocks.
  • Conduct credit checks on new customers and perform ongoing reviews for existing customers.
  • Propose and maintain accurate credit limits and payment terms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and other ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
  • Current experience within a finance office within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SAP and multiple currencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
