The Role: A Diverse Range of Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Team Member, you will engage in various tasks that enhance the overall guest experience. Your flexibility is crucial to our mission.

Key Responsibilities
? Delivering exceptional hospitality and customer service to all guests and members.
? Assisting at reception and providing valuable information about the hostel and surrounding area, ensuring guests feel welcomed and informed.
? Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and food & beverage service.
? Performing cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a comfortable and pristine environment for all guests.
? Assisting in food preparation and serving with genuine warmth and hospitality, encouraging guests to enjoy meals and beverages.

Desired Skills and Experience
