Key Responsibilities:

* Be the primary point of contact for Regional Area Directors and Galleries within their region
* Work closely with Regional Area Directors to deliver company guidelines on gallery curation/display and supporting sales via central location
* Proactively support sales and actively seek further sales opportunities on an area and one-to-one basis
* Be the primary decision maker in ordering and placement of art within your region of galleries
* Provide sales enquiry support nationally
* Work closely with the Head of Gallery Services and provide a summary of sales and forward planning on a regular basis
* Provide support for artist launches and national events
* Recommend process improvements
* Liaise with other departments for both solutions and gallery needs

Requirements:

* Experience in an administrative role would be preferred
* Willingness to problem-solve and demonstrate initiative and thinking creatively
* Strong communication skills
* Results-focused with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Client-first focus
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
* Awareness and ability to react well to urgent requests without compromising on accuracy
* Time management and the ability to organize workload for best results
* Experience in using Microsoft packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong ability to build working relationships
* Ability to listen, reflect, and be part of the discussion on solutions and opportunities
* Ability to use natural resilience to achieve work priorities
