We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Maintenance Operative to join our team at ES ECO GROUP. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of residential and commercial developments in Gloucestershire and occasionally further afield. The ideal candidate will not only perform maintenance tasks but will also demonstrate a keen interest in developing their skills and advancing their career within the property sector.
Key Responsibilities:Performing various maintenance works including but not limited to painting and decorating, woodwork, roof repairs, bricklaying, re-pointing, and plumbing.
