About the Role

We are seeking a skilled trades maintenance technician to join our team at Bromford. As a multi-trade maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service while carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across our properties.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, problem solving, repairs and maintenance using your carpentry, plumbing and patch plastering skills.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and high-quality work during all tasks.
  • Liaise with leaders and colleagues daily as a confident communicator with a team-oriented approach.
  • Travel extensively across the Gloucestershire East area as part of a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, mobile role.

What You Will Need

  • Solid technical expertise across trades.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • A full, clean driving license.
