We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Import Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Staff. As an Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the import process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import activities, including air, sea, and road transportation
  • Prepare and submit customs entries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prioritize customer service workload and communicate order changes promptly
  • Provide training on in-house computer systems to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain high standards of quality and quantity in all work
  • Liaise with customers on system-related issues

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Cargowise and air and sea modes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • High level of PC literacy
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Working Arrangements:

  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, core hours 0800-1730
  • Office-based role
