BAM Nuttall is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to support the delivery of our infrastructure projects in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems to meet contractual requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with construction teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination on health and safety matters.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.
  • Lead on health and safety strategies and champion a positive organisational culture to achieve world-class performance.
  • Communicate and promote health and safety policies, procedures, and initiatives throughout the supply chain.
  • Monitor and measure health and safety performance to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
