About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group Careers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation.
  • Develop and implement effective assessment and intervention plans to support individuals with speech and language needs.
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required.
  • Work collaboratively with our Clinical Team to ensure high-quality care and support.

Requirements

  • Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Ability to make decisions and manage workload effectively.
  • Resilient and enthusiastic individual with a creative therapeutic approach.
