Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Harper Finance.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to take on a key role in managing our inventory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of records, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory locations, condition, and maintenance.
- Utilize Excel and Hilti system to log and track data effectively.
- Communicate with onsite personnel and travel between offices as required.
- Procure equipment, plant, and materials for the company.
- Perform general administration duties to support the team.
- Desirable: experience in asset management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
- Driving Licence essential and own car use.
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
- Discretionary Bonus Scheme.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
