Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Harper Finance. This role involves managing assets, overseeing suppliers, and contributing to operational output.
- Manage a diverse range of assets, ensuring accurate records of locations, condition, and maintenance.
- Utilize Excel and Hilti system to log and track data, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Foster effective communication with onsite points of contact and travel between offices as needed.
- Procure equipment, plant, and materials, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Perform general administration duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- A desirable asset management experience will be considered a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proven administrative experience is necessary for this role.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- The ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities is crucial.
- A valid driving license and own car use are mandatory.
