KS3 SEMH Education Specialist

This specialist role entails providing targeted support and guidance to Key Stage 3 students with SEMH needs in a school or learner's home setting.
Main Responsibilities- Develop customized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Continuously monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to teaching strategies
- Cultivate strong relationships with school staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure student well-being and academic success
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, preferably in a similar role
- Proven experience working with students having SEMH needs
- A comprehensive understanding of SEMH and its effects on learning
This is a part-time position with an estimated hourly rate of £20-£30. It demands flexibility to accommodate student needs and meetings with staff and parents.
