Job Overview

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support our clients' Payroll/Finance department. This role involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of weekly payrolls for employees.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will collate data and process weekly payrolls, including sickness, absence, bonus/overtime payments, holidays, and pensions.
  • Responsibilities include handling starters and leavers through the payroll programme, responding to payroll-related queries from employees and management, and ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Key Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent understanding of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Previous knowledge and experience of using Sage Payroll are desirable, along with previous payroll administrative experience.

  • This part-time role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000 (part-time equivalent).
