Financial Transactions Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Transactions Specialist to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to work on a 6-month contract in the Broughton area.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions from internal stakeholders, including:
- Detached Duty, Standby, On Call payments
- One-time payment submissions
- Memberships, Loans, PASS scheme transactions
- Working Party Subsistence expenses
- P45 / New Starter Declarations
- Settlement Agreements
- Court Orders
In addition, the role involves processing time-related transactions, such as:
- Overtime
- Shift Changes
- Sickness leave
- Phased Return To Work
- Time Savings Accounts, Salary Offset
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining e-pay tools and providing first-line support for HR administration activities, including:
- References and solicitors' letters
- Flexible benefits platform support
- E-mail Archiving
- Supporting and delivering all other HR administration requests
Requirements

Salary and Benefits
