Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team at Berry Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and log incoming quote requests through Multi Quote.
  • Issue specifications to contractors, arrange site visits for surveying, and chase quotes up.
  • Build quotes and upload them back onto the system within the required timeframe.
  • Actively search for new tenders and compile responses to tenders agreed.
  • Price projects for clients and send quotes accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction estimating.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
