Civils Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in Civils/Groundworks to join our team at Construction Recruitment People Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with our Construction Director and be part of an experienced team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Civils Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and managing estimates for civils projects, working closely with the construction team to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage estimates for civils projects
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
