As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling a mix of high-quality disputes work, including shareholder and partnership litigation, as well as general contractual litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a mix of high-quality disputes work, including shareholder and partnership litigation, as well as general contractual litigation.
- Work with a broad spread of clients, mainly SMEs in focus.
- Provide solutions-driven advice to clients.
- Contribute to business development and growth.
Requirements
- Be a versatile commercial litigation lawyer operating at Senior Associate level.
- Have a track record of providing solutions-driven advice to clients.
- Have an aptitude for and desire to play a role in business development.
