Your new role
This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a mix of high quality disputes work. This will include shareholder and partnership litigation as well as general contractual litigation including injunctions. The team has an excellent track record and has real depth to its client base. You can look forward to working with a broad spread of clients that are mainly SME in focus.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a versatile commercial litigation lawyer operating at Senior Associate level who has a track record of providing solutions driven advice to clients. There is no requirement to have a client following but you should have an aptitude for and desire to play a role in business development.
