Job Summary

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Hygiene Operative to join our team in Thetford, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

The hourly rate for this position is £13.80, with an additional 10% night shift allowance applicable between 10pm and 6am, resulting in an enhanced hourly rate of £15.18.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Handle chemicals responsibly for cleaning purposes, minimizing risk and conserving resources.
  • Effectively clean equipment, machinery, and belts, leveraging provided training and PPE.
  • Meet customer demands for quality and cleanliness by monitoring and addressing daily hygiene control sheets.
  • Abide by company policies and procedures, encompassing Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality.
  • Work efficiently in confined spaces and at height, prioritizing employee safety and well-being.
Desirable Skills:

A passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment, combined with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

Prior experience in factory or warehouse settings is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
