About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Service Coordinator to join our team at Rushlift.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, coordinating workshop activities and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and allocate work to workshop Engineers to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and estimates to accurately reflect the scope of work.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to guarantee timely equipment turnaround and resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with engineers and parts department to ensure high-quality repair services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to maintain positive relationships.
