About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing a comprehensive medicine management service to our inpatient and community services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide medicines reconciliation on admission and discharge facilitation
  • Deliver pharmacy services in clozapine and depot clinics
  • Contribute to audit and teaching agendas
  • Support the coordination and supply of clozapine to community patients
