Staffing Services Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a Casual Staffing Services Coordinator to join the team at Dr. F.W. Green Memorial home in Cranbrook, B.C.
The successful candidate will work in a customer-focused, team-oriented framework performing staffing, scheduling, and payroll clerical functions in a fully automated system. Some typical duties will include:
Receiving and processing requests for vacancy coverage to ensure staff compliment baselines are met;
Allocating and calling in relief staff to fill vacancies;
Receiving and processing on-staff, payroll removal notices and change notices;
Reviewing and auditing timekeeping records;
Reviewing, calculating, and editing on-call and call-back hours;
Data entry;
Reception and clerical duties.
The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 diploma and three years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A cover letter stating availability to start in a new position is required.
