Lead Creative for Brand and UI

This role is for an experienced designer who is ready to take on a leadership position in our agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative direction of UI designs for websites and web apps, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the brand and UX teams to develop creative experiences that align with brand guidelines and user requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the latest design tools and technologies, and assist in updating agency processes related to the design department.
  • Lead client calls and effectively communicate design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Direct and assist other team members with their design work, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • A passion for design trends and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
