Lead Brand and UI Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand and UI Designer to join our team at Blockchain Design Agency.

About the Role:

  • As a Brand and UI Designer, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our projects, working closely with our brand and UX teams to design innovative and user-centric experiences.
  • You will be expected to lead by example, inspiring and nurturing the design team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with the dev team will be key to your success, as you will be responsible for explaining your creative solutions and directing them to execute your vision.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of the latest design tools and technologies, and assisting in updating agency processes related to the design department.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail are essential to ensure work is delivered on time and on budget.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in producing responsive UI designs for websites and web apps.
  • Proficiency in Figma/XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with bonus points for additional skills in After Effects, Webflow, InDesign, or Google Slides.
  • A real team player with great people skills and a professional attitude, organized, respectful, and driven.
  • A passion for design trends and a commitment to continuous learning and sharing expertise with the wider team.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
