Dietitian Specialist

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dietitian to join our team at Cygnet Brunel, Bristol. As a Specialist Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with acquired brain injury or neurodegenerative disease.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans, conducting assessments, and providing education to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients with complex needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify nutritional requirements and develop strategies to meet them
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on nutrition and healthy eating
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Registered Dietitian with a degree or postgraduate diploma in Dietetics
- Experience working in a neurorehabilitation or mental health setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
