Senior MFL Curriculum Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Assembly, or Head of Modern Foreign Languages, to join our team as a Senior Curriculum Leader for Modern Languages. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the curriculum and educational experience for students in our MFL department.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in curriculum development, staff management, and student assessment. They will be responsible for creating a strategic three-year plan to deliver the faculty vision, monitoring and evaluating the quality of learning, and contributing to discussions on course selection and implementation.
A competitive salary of £43,000 - £62,360 (including a TLR of £6,095) and a comprehensive benefits package make this role an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator looking to take on new challenges.
