Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Profit: Achieve store targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Customer Service: Provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Commerciality: Ensure the store is well-merchandised and commercially correct, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
Claire's is a leading high street fashion retailer with over 3000 stores globally. We specialize in fashionable jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics products. Our core customer ranges from children to young women. We encourage all store members to wear our product and support their development.
Qualifications - About You- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years retail management experience.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve.
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers.
- Ability to operate POS system.
