Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and driving sales growth in your store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the wider retail team to share best practices and drive business growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
