Job Summary:

Red Door Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple flooring projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing project contracts to understand required works, identifying where site instructions or changes may be necessary, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and company quality standards. You will also be responsible for assisting with customer care cases post-project, ensuring a positive client experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Contracts Manager role, preferably within the flooring or construction industry. They should have strong problem-solving ability, particularly in managing onsite issues and client concerns, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients, fitters and internal teams to achieve project goals.

A salary of up to £50k + annual bonus is available for this role, along with great benefits such as 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and free parking.
