Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for a range of financial products, including Personal Pensions, ISAs, Investment Bonds, and SIPPS.
  • Liaise with providers to obtain quotes, cost comparisons, and prepare paperwork for client meetings.
  • Utilize various platforms to research, collate data, and perform scenario planning.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and deal with client queries and appointments.
  • Gather fund fact sheets, perform income schedules, and prepare bespoke valuations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven background working within a Financial Administration/Technical Administration role within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Financial Management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills.
