Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Team Lead to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to junior members of staff, ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role within a residential childcare setting and hold a Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare. You will be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum. Benefits include flexible working hours, comprehensive induction, and opportunities for career progression.
