We're seeking a skilled Trainee Project Manager to join our Estates Projects team. As a key member of the team, you'll assist in the scoping and delivery of capital works projects across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the management and coordination of input from our Consultant Design team members
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders within the Group
  • Scoping up works for new projects and developing project proposals for approval and tender
  • Setting up and appointing Design teams, while managing and coordinating their input to ensure that programme dates are achieved
  • Reviewing the progress and quality of on-site work
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations

As a Trainee Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from small refurbishments to major refits and new builds. You'll be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of input from our Consultant Design team members, liaising with multiple stakeholders within the Group, and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Good experience of client-side construction project management
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • An 'informed client' understanding of construction methods and materials
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and run multiple projects simultaneously

Full training on ACA project procedures and software management systems will be provided.
