Compliance Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group Ltd. As a Compliance Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our regulatory obligations are met and supporting the day-to-day administration of the compliance function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with implementing and conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to prevent money laundering.
  • Complete file reviews and compliance checks, reporting results to the Compliance Officer.
  • Maintain and update compliance policies to ensure the firm's regulatory obligations are met.
  • Organize and deliver online Compliance training to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest regulations.
  • Accurately record compliance activities, including KYC, conflict checks, and AML funding checks, to ensure audit readiness.
  • Supervise the Firm's Portals, including Lender Panels, HMCTS, and Land Registry.
  • Perform ad-hoc compliance research tasks and other duties as requested by the Compliance Team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a compliance role in the legal sector is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
